Do you supply dial tone?
No. Please call your telephone service provider.
Do I need a separate line for my DSL service?
Your existing wire will work. The Cat-5e cable that I use will go faster.
Are my DSL filters for my modem?
They are for the voice-side only; phone, fax and ATM. You can plug your modem directly into the phone jack.
Does a 2-wire modem need only 2 wires for a computer to work?
2-wire is a model. It is still a DSL modem and needs a standard ethernet load (patch) for a wireline connection.
Do you provide phones, phone systems, routers or any other kind of equipment?
No. Please look in your directory.
Do I need a separate wire for voice communication on my DSL service?
You can do both at the same time on the same wire. That is the advantage of DSL. Cable modums are only slightly different. The signal is split at the black box.
